The kit includes a 4 x 4 wooden post, steel drive-in anchor, installation hardware, and detailed instructions for installation. With the steel drive-in anchor, the wooden post installs directly into solid ground without the need for digging or anchoring it in concrete. For loose soil, concrete is recommended for worry-free installation. Not intended for direct mailbox mounting. Wooden post measures 23.5" tall after installation. The dimensions are 20" H x 4 W" 4" D, Anchor 24" H.
